BODYBAR Pilates Scottsdale Ranch is on East Via Linda in Scottsdale, Arizona. Classes are published under studio names, each with the underlying work described. Precision is classic reformer Pilates and Performance is a high intensity athletic reformer class. Strength uses the chair and reformer for resistance work, and Fusion combines the reformer, jumpboard, chair and tower. Agility is jumpboard and reformer cardio Pilates. Reset is tower based stretching and mobility, and Balance 40 is a forty minute recovery, stretching and stability class. The studio opens early on weekdays from 6am or 6.30am and runs weekend morning sessions.
