Kripalu, Hatha and Yin Yoga with Zen Meditation in North Scottsdale

Harumi Yoga Plus is on East Dynamite Boulevard in Scottsdale, Arizona, and trades as a holistic healing and meditation centre. Yoga is taught in Kripalu, Hatha, Prana Flow and Yin styles. Guided meditation is offered along with Zen meditation on Wednesday evenings, and meditation instruction is available for students wanting to learn the practice properly. Clinical yoga therapy and private wellness sessions are offered.
