Stucco Repair and Exterior Caulking in Scottsdale

That 1 Painter Phoenix carries out stucco repair for properties across the Phoenix and Scottsdale area from its base on East Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale. Stucco repair covers cracks and damaged sections of exterior wall, and caulking is handled as part of the same work where joints and gaps need sealing. Pressure washing is used to clean the exterior before repairs and coating. Because the company also carries out exterior painting, a repaired wall can be finished and painted in one project. The business is independently owned and operated by Tim and Stephanie Harding, works on both residential and commercial property, and is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm and Saturday morning until midday.
