Sumits Hot Yoga Chandler is on West Ray Road in Chandler, Arizona, and has been owned by Jennifer VanTrojen since 2014. The studio teaches the Sumits method, an eighty minute hot yoga sequence the studio describes as challenging but accessible to beginners. Vinyasa, yin and yoga nidra classes are also offered, and classes are available in hot, gently heated and non heated versions so students can choose the temperature. Levels run from beginner to advanced. A new student special covering two weeks is published for Arizona residents. The studio is open Monday to Friday from 5.30am to 7pm and at weekends from 7.30am to 5.30pm.
