Ashtanga Inspired Hot Yoga and Body Sculpt in Glendale

True Hot Yoga Arrowhead Ranch is on North 59th Avenue in Glendale, Arizona, at the EOS Center, and has operated at this location since 2008. The main class is a seventy five minute True Hot Yoga session combining traditional hot yoga with ashtanga inspired vinyasa flow, practised at 105 degrees, with a sixty minute shorter power flow version. True Body Sculpt is a strength and conditioning class using free weights, squats, lunges and resistance work to music at a lower temperature. A modified class combines the hot practice with tension and trauma releasing exercises. Yin yoga is offered as a slow, long held practice. Beginner and recovery classes are published, including golf and pickleball recovery.
